I cant believe that some type of restrictive clause or covenant would be discovered this far into build out that was not discovered well before even a letter of intent, much less signing of a lease

Kaufman County Children's Advocacy Center Benefit Concert at Spellman Amphitheater on June 23rd, 2012. Adam Cappa and several others will be playing, the tickets are $10/ea.

KCCAC is also looking for volunteers for the event. 18 years old and up or 13 and up with a parent. The event is from 5-10pm.

This is the FIRST event at the Mick Spellman Amphitheater!!!

I'm starting to hear a good buzz on this.
There are a lot more civic groups and organizations gearing up for it than I had previously thought.
Mostly because of the beneficiaries.

Some Knights will be doing some cooking.
I will be going out of town that day for a "vacation".
It's too hot - or cold - or mild ... outside
