17:36-- l8nighter: that is interesting about chiloso... still gonna open with a completely new, untested, concept vs the concept they originated and have tested and proven to be profitable, because why?? I cant believe that some type of restrictive clause or covenant would be discovered this far into build out that was not discovered well before even a letter of intent, much less signing of a lease
