Four men from Forney were arrested on Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. in the Windmill Farms Addition in Forney. The men were charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, after an undercover operation by the Kaufman County Sheriff's Office revealed that the men were dealing drugs.

The four men arrested were Joshua Taylor Brown, 20, Jamal Cortez Collins, 20, Alexander Monique Ortiz, 21, and Kevin Bernard White Jr., 20. All four men were charged with a second degree felony, which can carry a term of confinement from two to twenty years in prison. They can also be fined up to $10,000.00. Suspect Brown was also booked on an outstanding warrant from the Lewisville Police Department. Alexander Ortiz had previously been booked on a possession of marijuana charge in February 2011. Suspect Jamal Collins was a Forney High School Homecoming King nominee in 2009. Collins was indicted on a residential burglary charge in June of 2011.

The suspects were taken into custody without incident and were transported to the Kaufman County Law Enforcement Center in Kaufman. Joshua Brown's bond was set at $100,131.50, and each of the other three suspects were given $100,000.00 bond amounts.
