TERRELL, Texas — The Crossroads at Terrell has announced the recent openings of several retailers among other restaurants and retailers who are set to open later this year or recently-inked leases at the 275,000-square-foot retail development at Interstate 20, Farm-to-Market (FM) 148, and Spur 557.

Among the first retail anchor tenants to open are Ross, Hobby Lobby, Five Below, and Burke’s Outlet, CBRE announced on behalf of RealtyLink and Oakridge Investments. These on the heels of the opening of Film Alley — an eight-screen movie theater, arcade, bowling alley, and entertainment facility.

Marshall’s, Rack Room Shoes, Ulta, Petco, and Academy Sports are on schedule to open later this year, according to CBRE.

Olive Garden, Chili’s, and Raising Cane’s are set to open soon at Crossroads, joining Whataburger, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Dairy Queen, Chipotle, Taco Cabana, Panda Express, Taco Bueno, and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.

“Mint Dentistry, Menchie’s Yogurt, T-Mobile, Chiangmai Thai, Sport Clips, and America’s Best Vision have also executed shop space leases,” stated CBRE.
