TERRELL, Texas — Today, the Terrell Economic Development Corporation, RealtyLink, and CBRE announced a slate of new tenants for the Crossroads at Terrell, including Petco and Spec's Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods.

Joining the latest announcements at the Crossroads at Terrell's 255-acre, 270,000-square-foot retail development, at the northwest corner of Interstate 20 and Farm-to-Market (FM) 148, are Verizon, Upscale Nails & Spa, Chiangmai Thai, and Sports Clips.

The latest tenants are proposed to open in later third quarter of 2019.

The tenants join a growing list of others committed to the booming development in the heart of Kaufman County.

In August, developers announced the initial slate tenants, among others, as Hobby Lobby, Ross, Five Below, Rack Room Shoes, Burke's Outlet, Ulta, Marshall's, Chick-Fil-A, Tru by Hilton, and La Quinta.

Restaurants and retailers who have already opened in the area include Taco Bueno, Panda Express, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Starbucks, Chipotle, Whataburger, Discount Tire, Taco Cabana, Dairy Queen, and Marriott Fairfield Inn which opened earlier this year.
