Details for OFFICE MANAGER

Markout Water Supply Corporation is a non-profit public water utility that serves a population of approximately 3,000 people.  We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Office Manager.  Responsibilities include supervising direct reports, payroll, liaison with field contractors, local city leaders, developers, financial institutions, and Board of Directors.  Accurate completion of monthly water reports as well as financial statements and customer billing along with attendance at monthly Board Meetings are required.

Requirements:  Quick learner and team player with excellent customer service skills along with a minimum of one year of college or work equivalent, current Texas driver’s license and no criminal convictions.  Background check and drug test are required.  Candidate with a working knowledge of Quick Books and utility industry experience is desired.  Applicant must become a Texas Notary within 60 days of hire.
