Rhodes Intermediate to Host Inaugural Career Day: A Chance for Students to Explore Future Possibilities

Forney, TX – Rhodes Intermediate School is excited to announce its first-ever Career Day, scheduled for October 21st. This event aims to inspire students as they begin to think about their futures by exposing them to a wide range of career options.

Event Details and Presenter Opportunities

The Career Day will feature two sessions: a morning session for 5th graders and an afternoon session for 6th graders. Presenters are invited to share their professional journeys, qualifications, and insights into their respective fields, with the option to participate in one or both sessions. Each presenter will engage with rotating classes for 15-20 minute intervals, allowing students to ask questions and gain valuable knowledge.

Organizers are eager to include a diverse array of career paths, as they believe it is essential for students to recognize the vast possibilities available to them. “We want our students to see that anything is possible,” said a school representative. “By connecting them with professionals from different fields, we can help them envision their futures.”
