By using inForney.com, you agree to abide by the terms of this User Agreement. These terms may change at any time in the future. inForney.com will endeavor to post general notices of such changes, but no individual notice of changes to Users will be provided. CHAT ROOMS, MESSAGE BOARD FORUMS, BLOGS, AND COMMENT SECTIONS
inForney.com wants to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas. But we cannot and DO NOT REVIEW postings made in the chat rooms, forums, blogs, comment sections, or other public posting areas. You may read any given posting before anyone on the inForney.com staff does. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than inForney.com.
We DO NOT endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user or from a celebrity or "expert" guest. In short, there is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment. Responsibility for what is posted in the chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas on inForney.com lies with each User. You alone are responsible for the material you post.
By using inForney.com you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, pornographic, threatening, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the ability of others to enjoy inForney.com or that infringes on the rights of others. We retain the right to revoke the access privileges of anyone who we believe has violated any of these terms or any other term of this agreement. Although inForney.com cannot monitor all the postings in the chat rooms, forums, and other public areas, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons.
We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review private electronic messages that are not addressed to inForney.com. However, we will comply with the requirements of the law regarding disclosure of such messages to others, including law enforcement agencies. While inForney.com will not edit, change or modify the content of any user's messages, inForney.com expressly reserves the right to remove or ban any user for inappropriate conduct on inForney.com. inForney.com expects that you will not use the service to violate anyone's rights in copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property. By submitting material to inForney.com, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner. Submitting material that is the property of another without the specific consent of its owner, is not only a violation of this agreement, but may also subject you to legal liability for infringement of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. No Soliciting.
You agree not to use any other area of inForney.com to advertise or to solicit anyone to buy or sell products or services, or to make donations of any kind, without our express written approval. You or inForney.com may terminate your registration/account at any time for any reason. Once your registration/account is terminated, you may not engage in User/Member activities in inForney.com , in any manner for any reason, without the express AND written consent of inForney.com Administrator. If you assist in enabling a terminated User/Member to access inForney.com through your registration/account, your registration/account will be revoked.
STORY COMMENT SECTIONS
In addition to message board forums and blogs, story commenting sections are also governed by the rules above. inForney.com may remove/delete any comment that it finds contains vulgar or otherwise inappropriate language (including abbreviations); personal attacks towards other users and/or subjects of stories; or other objectionable content. Note: Our commenting system automatically unpublishes comments containing select offensive words, alternate spellings of select offensive words and otherwise permissable words that may contain the same letters as offensive words. If you feel that a comment has been unfairly removed, please email news@inForney.com. inForney.com also reserves the right to immediately terminate and/or block accounts of users that violate these terms of service and may do so without warning. Any user may flag as inappropriate comments which he/she feels violates the site's terms of service by clicking the flag icon next to the comment. (Note this option is currently only available to desktop users.)

The Internet allows people throughout the world to share valuable information, ideas, and creative works. To ensure continued open access to such materials, we all need to protect the rights of those who share their creations with us.
