Located at 12400 FM 1641 in Kaufman County, the facility will span approximately 15,000 square feet and is being built at an estimated cost of $6.5 million. The project is entirely privately funded and aims to serve the local community by providing a modern learning environment for children.
Robert Herold, the owner of the project, expressed enthusiasm for the upcoming addition to Forney's educational landscape.
The design of the facility will be spearheaded by Colliers Engineering, based in New Jersey, ensuring that the new center meets all modern educational standards and accessibility requirements. Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) John Tyler Johnson has also been assigned to oversee the compliance aspects of the project.
