Fall youth sports registrations are in full swing in Forney and many parents only have a couple more weeks to get their children signed up. Listed below are the leagues and their registration end dates, along with some other important information.
MESA - Metro Area Softball Association. Final Registration will be at the Mick Spellman Building located within Forney Community Park on July 14th from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. More information can be found at http://www.mesasoftball.org/.
FYBA - Forney Youth Baseball Association. Fall ball signups will be held the following dates at the Mick Spellman Building; Saturday, July 28th 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Saturday, August 4th 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., Friday, August 10th 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. More information can be found at http://www.forneybaseball.org/.
FSA - Forney Soccer Association. The Forney Soccer Associaiton will hold online and walk-up registrations. Online registrations will be held at http://www.forneysoccer.org/ and will be online from July 1st until July 21st, with late registration July 22nd through the 29th. Walk-in registration will be Thursday, July 12th from 6 p.m. until 8p.m. and Saturday, July 21st from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at the Mick Spellman Building. FYFL - Forney Youth Football League. The FYFL will be hosting a football combine and fittings session at the Mick Spellman Building on Saturday, July 14th. The times will be determined by the specific age group. Flag football, K-2nd grade, will run from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Jr. Division, 3rd-4th grade, will run from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Sr. Division, 5th-6th grade, will run from 11:30 a.m. until 12:30 a.m. The final day for registration is Wednesday, July 18th. Pride Football Club. Pride Football registrations will run until August 1st and more information can be found at prideyouthfootball.com.
