FORNEY, Texas — UPDATE — An additional victim has come forward with allegations of indecency with a child after seeing news of a Forney man's arrest for sexually assaulting another child he offered a ride to earlier this week in Mesquite.

According to the Mesquite Police Department, two additional warrants were obtained for Billy A. Williams on charges for indecency with a child. These charges will be filed through Kaufman County.

"Investigators learned that Williams regularly participates in youth sports as a referee and coach or personal trainer, specifically in track and basketball throughout North Texas," read a statement from the Mesquite Police Department.

Williams served as the president of the Kaufman County Basketball Officials Association from 2016-17, according to the association's website. Its unclear if he served in other capacities or for any additional time other than what was listed on the website. Contact information for the organization was not immediately available for clarification.

Investigators are now seeking out additional victims who may have had inappropriate or sexual contact with Williams.

Williams remains jailed at the Dallas County Jail on one count of sexual assault of a child in connection with a January 28 incident in which he offered a child a ride, drove her to her destination, and sexually assaulted her before letting her out of his vehicle.

Anyone with additional information on this case or who may have been a victim is asked to contact the Mesquite Police Department at (992) 285-6336.
