Wilhite, of Terrell, Texas, entered into a plea agreement in his latest hearing  on a motion to revoke earlier today, January 22, 2024, before Kaufman County 422nd District Court Judge Shelton Gibbs.

He was sentenced to 15 years in a Texas Department of Corrections facility with 534 days time served.
