TERRELL, Texas — A joint drug raid at a Terrell residence yielded three arrests and a seizure of marijuana and methamphetamine.
TERRELL, Texas — A joint drug raid at a Terrell residence yielded three arrests and a seizure of marijuana and methamphetamine.
According to Terrell Police Department Captain A.D. Sansom, the Terrell Police Department Tactical Team, Narcotics Unit, and members of the Forney Police Department executed a narcotics search warrant at 200 Lovers Lane #220.
“Upon entry, officers located five adults in various rooms in the residence,” stated Sansom. “During the warrant search, officers located 3.9 grams of methamphetamine, 60.5 grams of marijuana, along with baggies and scales and other drug paraphernalia inside the residence.”
Officers also located a 22-caliber long rifle handgun inside the residence.
Three of the five adults were arrested and charged manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, greater than or equal to one gram and less than four grams, and possession of marijuana between two and four ounces.
The arrested were identified as 21-year-old Maycie Lynn Mueller, 20-year-old Zachary Brian Hughes, and 22-year-old Anthony Don Hays. Hughes and Hays are being held on bonds totaling $26,500 and Mueller is being held on bonds totaling $26,000.
The two other adults have not been charged at this time, according to Sansom.
