FORNEY, Texas — A former student was arrested in connection with an ongoing hazing and sexual assault investigation into the Forney High School boys soccer team.
The arrest comes after a warrant was issued on November 29,2018, for 19-year-old Tyler Teer, a former Forney High School student. Teer was booked and charged with personal hazing incident, a class B misdemeanor.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Teer tackled a teammate in the Forney High School locker room and inserted his finger in between the victim's buttocks. The victim was wearing his practice uniform at the time of the incident.
The sexual assault case against Jacob Fisher, the only other adult named in the case, still remains pending in Kaufman County's Justice of the Peace Precinct 1 court.
Fisher and several juveniles were arrested in the case earlier this year. Following those arrests, Kaufman County Sheriff's Office investigators executed a search warrant at Forney High School.
