FORNEY, Texas — The Forney Police Department is investigating an armed robbery at the CEFCO gas station on Pinson Road.
The robbery occurred just before 2 a.m. on Thursday, December 8, 2016, at the CEFCO gas station located at 899 Pinson Road, formerly Valero.
Police were looking for two black males who may have wore bandanas to conceal their faces, according to a be-on-the-lookout notification sent to area agencies. The suspects were said to have taken cash and cigarettes.
"One suspect was wearing a red jacket with black pants and a skeleton bandanna over his face," stated Forney Police Department Detective Michael Clay in a Friday press release. "The second suspect was reported wearing a black hoodie, red shorts, and a black bandanna over his face."
"One suspect displayed a handgun while demanding the clerk comply with their commands," stated Clay. "The two suspects left the store in an unknown direction."
