FORNEY, Texas β The Forney Police Department and Forney Municipal Court will join more than 305 law enforcement agencies across Texas for the 2015 Great Texas Warrant Roundup in the month of March.
The Forney Police Department will be seeking and arresting any individuals with outstanding warrants with the Forney Municipal Court and possibly warrants with higher charges from participating jurisdictions.
Last year, the Forney Police Department cleared 124 warrants during the roundup period.
βIf you have an outstanding warrant you may be arrested in your home, place of business, or wherever you may be found. Act immediately to avoid arrest,β reads a statement from the Forney Police Department in a warrant roundup notice.
Individuals with outstanding warrants are urged to contact the Forney Municipal Court immediately, in person or by phone, to pay your outstanding warrants. Defendants can also make payments online at www.cityofforney.org. Payments can be made to the Forney Municipal Court in person with cash, money order, master card, or visa. If you are paying in person you will be required to provide a valid state issued ID, drivers license, or passport.
The Forney Municipal Court is located in the Forney Justice Center Court Building at 331 South FM 548 in Forney, Texas.

Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Thursday from 8 a.m. until 7 p.m.
