FORNEY - The Forney Police Department has released the March 2024 Activity Report, which includes 590 traffic stops and 73 arrests.
FORNEY - The Forney Police Department has released the March 2024 Activity Report, which includes 590 traffic stops and 73 arrests.
According to the update, there were 2,203 calls for service and 876 officer-initiated calls. Adding to those numbers are 137 traffic accidents dispatched, 30 drug and intoxication arrests, and 10 crimes against persons.
Forney Police Chief White said on social media in January that this is a way to inform the community about the patrol officers' work.
“This project is a new way to keep the Forney community informed about what their agency is doing on a monthly basis. Most of the statistical information in this monthly report is about the production levels of your Patrol Section,” said Chief White.
