FORNEY, Texas — A Forney foster mom is in custody tonight at the Kaufman County jail on charges of tampering with a witness, injury to a child and abandoning or endangering a child, all felonies.
Natalie Parker, 37 surrendered herself in to the Kaufman County Sheriff’s office Monday evening according to a KCSO spokesperson.
On December 29, 2018, Kaufman County deputies received a 911 call from Parker’s house in the Windmill Farms neighborhood. Upon arrival they found 5 month old Elizabeth Henson deceased and four other foster children in the home, and Parker’s two biological children also living in the home.
According to law enforcement officials close to the case, they do not believe Parker was at home at the time of child’s death. Call log's confirm that Parker is not the person who initially called 911.
According to a search warrant affidavit released to inForney.com today, Elizabeth was last seen alive at approximately 2:30AM when she was fed. The child was found unresponsive just before 9:00AM
Parker’s 19-year-old son Christian Richmond also lived in the house. He was arrested on child pornography charges on January 3 and posted a $15,000 bond on January 4. Officials say they don’t believe the child pornography charges are related to the baby’s death.
Parker's mug shot and book in information has not yet been released from the KCSO.
This is a developing story.
