The Rockwall County Sheriff's Office has two active warrants on the charges for 33-year-old Stephen Joseph Vess who is described as a white male, 5'11", 140 pounds, and is last known to reside in the Cedar Creek Lake area.
He has worked as a limo driver and a body guard, according to police.
