Henderson County man arrested on possession of child pornography, meth charges

HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas — Investigators with the Henderson County Crimes Against Children's Task Force arrested a Henderson County man on multiple child pornography and drug charges on Wedesday morning.

HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas — Investigators with the Henderson County Crimes Against Children's Task Force arrested a Henderson County man on multiple child pornography and drug charges on Wedesday morning.

On April 24, 2024, CACTF and Henderson County Sheriff's Office deputies executed a search warrant at a residence north of Brownsboro in connection with a child pornography investigation. 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee signed the warrant.

"Investigators were searching the location for child pornography which was located and in the possession of Randy Nipp II," stated the sheriff's office. "Nipp was also found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamines at the residence."

Nipp was subsequently arrested on three counts of possession of child pornography and possession of a controlled substance and transported to the Henderson County Jail. Nipp is currently awaiting arraignment on the charges.
