26-year-old Alaina Gipson is being held on bonds totaling $231,500 and 35-year-old Dennis Dontae Hubbard is being held on bonds totaling $535,000.
ORIGINAL [Mar. 29] — Early this morning, Terrell Police Department Narcotics Investigators and Terrell-Forney SWAT team members executed a no-knock narcotics search warrant at a residence in the 300 block of North Dellis Street in Terrell.
The search yielded two arrests and the seizure of numerous narcotics and a vehicle.
At approximately 6:40 a.m., officers made entry into the residence, which is located in a drug-free zone, and detained 35-year-old Dennis Dontae Hubbard, aka D-Bo, and 26-year-old Alaina Gipson.
Both were found to be in possession of powder cocaine, according to Terrell Police Department Captain A.D. Sansom.
Additional search of the residence revealed drug paraphernalia including digital scales and distribution bags as well as 29 grams of cocaine, 20.3 grams of marijuana, 1.7 grams of MDMA (ecstasy), 11.9 grams of methamphetamine, 6.7 grams of Acetaminophen Hydrocodone 325mg/10mg.
A 2013 Volkswagen was also been seized, according to Sansom.
Both Gipson and Hubbard are being charged with two counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 greater than or equal to four grams and less than 200 grams and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 2 greater than or equal to one gram and less than four grams, and manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, and possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
