KAUFMAN, Texas — The Kaufman Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of an "impact offender" who is wanted on numerous warrants, the department announced earlier today.
KAUFMAN, Texas — The Kaufman Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of an "impact offender" who is wanted on numerous warrants, the department announced earlier today.
Police are seeking 23-year-old Keile McCullar on numerous warrants including seven charges for credit card or debit card abuse.
"McCullar is what we consider an 'Impact Offender' which means he is repeatedly committing criminal offenses in our community and impacting the quality of life for our citizens," the department stated Wednesday morning.
McCullar is known to frequent the Kaufman, Forney, Terrell, and Mesquite areas. He is described by police as a black male, 5'11", 150 pounds, and has tattoos on both arms. His last known address is on Coleman Street in Kaufman.
