KAUFMAN, Texas — The Kaufman Police Department is seeking information in regard to a criminal mischief call in which a church was vandalized and left in disarray.
At approximately 9:21 a.m., on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, the Kaufman Police Department responded to a report of criminal mischief at the Episcopal Church of Our Merciful Savior in the 500 block of South Jackson Street.
Police say the suspect(s) attempted to start a fire in a supply closet and left the church in disarray.
