FORNEY, Texas — Kaufman County law enforcement agencies are preparing to kick-off the Great Texas Warrant Round-up on February 25, 2017.
All four Kaufman County Justice of the Peace courts and the Municipal Courts of Forney, Terrell, Crandall, and Kemp are participating with over 300 other law enforcement jurisdictions across the state of Texas.
Officials are advising anyone who thinks they may have an active warrant to contact the respective court to have it cleared before the roundup begins — which could result in your arrest at your home, place of business, or wherever you may be found.
Additionally, the Kaufman County Justice of the Peace courts and the Municipal Courts of Forney, Terrell, Crandall, and Kemp have partnered with the law firm of Perdue, Fielder, Collins & Mott for collections which can be made at www.pbfcm.com or by calling (800) 994-0676.
