KAUFMAN, Texas — The Kaufman Police Department recently arrests several on drug, marijuana, and paraphernalia charges.
In addition to the arrests, the Kaufman Police Department seized approximately $3,700.
“Another good bust by your Kaufman Police Department Officers,” stated the department on Friday morning. “Over 15 ounces of marijuana off of the streets and over $3700.00 out of the pockets of the criminals that peddle this stuff to your kids.”
Yesterday, June 15, 2017, 20-year-old Leandro Lopez Fierro was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana greater than four ounces and less than five pounds. 19-year-old Hannah Kay Wallace was also arrested yesterday and charged with possession of marijuana less than two ounces.
Fierro is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on a $6,500 bond. Wallace is being held on a $750 bond.
On June 14, 2017, the Kaufman Police Department arrested 39-year-old Rogelio Tobias Estrada Jr. on charges for possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 less than one gram and possession o drug paraphernalia. He is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on bonds totaling$12,250.
