The Kaufman Police Department is seeking the publics assistance in finding a suspect that robbed the Wells Fargo Bank at 2100 South Washington Street in Kaufman, TX, on November 7, 2012.
At approximately 4:10 p.m. Kaufman Police officers responded to the bank because of a report of an attempted robbery. The investigators revealed that “the suspect entered the bank, approached the teller, and presented a note demanding money.”
The description provided by Seargeant Les Edwards of the Kaufman Police describes the suspect as a white male, grey/blonde hair, approximately 5’7”, and scruffy stubble on his face. He wore tennis shoes, dark pants, an orange t-shirt with a logo of “If you met my family you would understand”, an off-white ball cap with a wide brim, and sunglasses on his hat.
