The prosecution was led by Assistant Criminal District Attorneys Lyndi Brooks and Marc Moffitt and assisted by District Attorney Investigator Kyle Bratcher. Further, the District Attorney would like to recognize the Mabank Police Department and Texas Ranger Bruce Sherman who assisted with prosecution of this case.
