HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas — UPDATE [Jan.25] — Allison was arrested in Montgomery County on Thursday morning.
ORIGINAL [Jan. 24] — A 29-year old man is sought in connection with what police are calling a "bloody, vicious" assault in Henderson County that left two people hospitalized.
Yesterday, before 6:30 p.m., the Henderson County Sheriff's Office responded to the assault at a residence south of Chandler, Texas, in the Forest Grove Subdivision.
Henderson County Sheriff Botie Hillhouse says 29-year-old Marc Anthony Allison Jr. is wanted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, family violence, after he allegedly used a galvanized steel pipe, and possibly a steel ratchet wrench, to viciously assault his 27-year-old brother and his brother's 25-year-old girlfriend.
“These victims had multiple wounds to the head and face in the bloody, vicious, assault,” Hillhouse stated.
The assault sent both victims to a nearby hospital where the 25-year-old male victim remains hospitalized. The female has since been treated and released.
Allison is believed to be traveling in a rented vehicle described as a gray 2016 Dodge minivan bearing Florida license plates, according to Hillhouse. A regional, state, and national be-on-the-lookout notification has been issued.
Hillhouse says two children were at the home during the attack, are okay, and are now in the care of family members.
Any with information in reference Allison’s location is encouraged to contact the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office at (903) 675-5128.
