KAUFMAN, Texas — A 21-year-old man is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on a $500,000 bond for aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to jail records.
KAUFMAN, Texas — A 21-year-old man is being held at the Kaufman County Jail on a $500,000 bond for aggravated sexual assault of a child, according to jail records.
Arrested and charged is 21-year-old Hector Emilio Vazquez.
The Kaufman Police Department is investigating the case.
Kaufman Police Department Captain Ed Black tells inForney.com a juvenile made an outcry she was sexually assaulted by Vasquez.
“After an investigation into these allegations was conducted, a warrant was issued for Vasquez's arrest,” stated Black.
Vasquez was located in Waxahachie, arrested by the Ellis County Sheriff’s Department, and transferred to the Kaufman County Jail earlier this month.
