MESQUITE, Texas (Mesquite Police Department) — On January 12, 2016 there were two aggravated robberies which investigators feel were committed by the same suspects.
MESQUITE, Texas (Mesquite Police Department) — On January 12, 2016 there were two aggravated robberies which investigators feel were committed by the same suspects.
At about 9:00pm the Burger King located at 1933 North Town East Blvd. was robbed at gunpoint. At 9:50 pm that same night the Shell Gas Station (Ziggy Mart) located at 4701 North Galloway Ave. was robbed at gunpoint.
In both robberies, three black male suspects entered the store. Suspect #1 displayed a handgun and demanded money while clearly working in concert with the other suspects. The employees at both locations complied, after which the suspects ran from the store. In the Shell robbery the suspects all ran in the same direction. The suspects are described as:
Suspect #1- Black-Male, early 20’s, 5’6” tall, average build wearing a white hoody and blue jeans. (Pictured below)
Suspect #2- Black-Male, early 20’s, 6’2” tall, average build wearing a black hoody and blue jeans.
Suspect #3- Black-Male, early 20’s, 5’6” tall, average build wearing a dark hoody with white writing on the front.
