MABANK, Texas — A man wanted on murder charges out of Longview was arrested by the Mabank police department overnight.
Ladadrian King, 22, of Longview was arrested and booked in the Kaufman County Jail on an outstanding warrant issued by the Gregg County District Attorney’s office for murder.
Mabank Police Chief Keith Bradshaw tells inForney.com that they had been notified by Longview Police that the suspect might be in the Mabank area. The department had been looking out for King and his vehicle.
“We stopped King on a traffic stop and he was apprehended without incident,” Bradshaw said.
According to the Longview Police department, King is a suspect in a September 29 homicide of Henry England Williams in Longview. Williams was shot at his home in the 1000 block of Clover Lane.
King was arraigned this morning by Kaufman County Pct. 4 Justice of the Peace Johnny Adams. He is being held on no bond awaiting extradition back to Gregg County.
