TERRELL, Texas β The Terrell Police Department is investigating an aggravated robbery which occurred Monday evening, according to Terrell Police Department Captain A.D. Sansom.
At approximately 5:55 p.m., the Terrell Police Department was dispatched to the 100 block of Sage Street for a reported aggravated robbery which just occurred, stated Sansom.
A male suspect entered the business wearing all black clothing including black gloves, black shoes, a black ski mask, and was carrying a black handgun. The man pointed the gun at two employees at the business and demanded money from the cash register.
One of the employees was able to flee to a nearby business where police were called.
The man was described as a white male, approximately 5-foot 4-inches to 5-foot 7-inches tall, in his late 20s, with a light to average build. The man took an undetermined amount of cash and fled in a gray 4-door passenger car.
No injuries were reported and the Terrell Police Department Criminal Investigations team resounded to process the scene for evidence.
