Walters was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, evading arrest or detention with a vehicle, and on multiple Seven Points Police Department warrants.
Carroll was wanted by the Austin Parole Division for a parole violation and was listed as the suspect in the theft of the vehicle out of Balch Springs, according to the Gun Barrel City Police Department.
Both were booked into the Gun Barrel City Police Department jail.
