FORNEY, Texas — Two people are being sought on warrants in connection with recent vehicle burglaries at the Gateway apartments in Forney.
The original incident occurred just after 2 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2020, in the 1100 block of North Gateway Boulevard. There, officers with the Forney Police Department were responding to reports of suspicious activity.
Multiple suspects were apprehended the morning of the burglaries.
Following the burglaries, the Forney Police Department requested area residence check their vehicles for any missing property in case there were more charges to be filed in the case.
Police say they were able to identify additional stolen property and obtained two arrest warrants in the case.
The two subjects being sought by the department were identified as Cole W. Greer of Fate, Texas, and Valerie M. Harper of Rockwall, Texas. The arrest warrants were active at the time of press.
