TERRELL, Texas — The Terrell Police Department is seeking information for two armed robbery suspects who robbed Sai Grocery and Convenience Store in the 1100 block of South State Highway 34 on Saturday.
TERRELL, Texas — The Terrell Police Department is seeking information for two armed robbery suspects who robbed Sai Grocery and Convenience Store in the 1100 block of South State Highway 34 on Saturday.
According to Terrell Police Department Captain A.D. Sansom, the Terrell Police Department responded to the location in the 1100 block of South State Highway 34 on Saturday, February 21, 2015, at approximately 9:31 p.m.
“Officers were on scene in literally seconds,” stated Sansom. “However, the suspects had already fled.”
The clerk and a customer described the two suspects as black males in their 20s who wore dark colored hoodies and sweat pants with bandanas over their faces. One of the suspects was brandishing a “rifle sized automatic weapon” at the time of the robbery.
The suspects knocked the customer from a stool and demanded cash. The suspects stole a small amount of cash from the cash drawer before fleeing. The suspects are believed to have fled in a white sedan.
