SUNNYVALE, Texas — The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a man who attacked a woman clerk at a Sunnyvale Subway restaurant before fleeing with the cash drawer.
SUNNYVALE, Texas — The Dallas County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance identifying a man who attacked a woman clerk at a Sunnyvale Subway restaurant before fleeing with the cash drawer.
The robbery occurred on January 25, 2015, at the Subway restaurant located at 3705 Beltline Road in Sunnyvale, Texas. The man, described as a black male approximately 40 to 50 years of age, first went to the restroom before ordering a cookie. When they clerk opened the register, the man lunged across the counter attempting to grab the cash.
The clerk was able to close the cash till but the man then jumped the counter, shoving the employee in the process, and grabbed the cash drawer before fleeing the restaurant.
