Forney ISD Celebrates Historic Achievement as Both High Schools Claim Co-District Championship
This past weekend, Forney Independent School District (FISD) made history as both Forney High School and North Forney High School emerged victorious over their Rockwall ISD rivals, securing the coveted title of District 10-6A Co-District Champions. This remarkable accomplishment marks the first time in district history that both schools have shared the championship title, a testament to the dedication and hard work of the student-athletes, coaches, and trainers involved.
Championship Highlights
The Forney High School Jackrabbits achieved a significant victory against Rockwall-Heath, the top team in the district, while the North Forney Falcons triumphed over Rockwall. Both teams finished the season with an impressive 5-1 district record, underscoring their competitiveness and resilience throughout the year.

As the excitement builds, both teams will take to the field this Friday, November 14, for their respective playoff games:
North Forney vs. Sachse at 7:30 p.m. at Better Life Stadium
Forney High vs. Naaman Forest at 7:00 p.m. at City Bank Stadium
Playoff Ticket Information
Tickets for the playoff games go on sale Monday, November 10, at 8:00 a.m. Current reserved season ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase their same seats from Monday at 8:00 a.m. through Tuesday at midnight. Remaining seats will become available to the general public on Wednesday, November 12, at 8:00 a.m. Season ticket holders can expect an email with a passcode and further instructions from the box office on Monday morning.
