Four juveniles who were found inside the home were also taken to Child Protective Services, according to police.
At approximately 7:33 p.m., on May 22, 2018, Terrell Police Department Narcotics Unit officers and members of the Terrell-Forney SWAT Team executed the no-knock search warrant at 103 West Alamo Street in Terrell, Texas.
Investigators located eight grams of marijuana, 3.2 grams of methamphetamine, a stolen Smith & Wesson 9MM pistol, and a “sawed-off” Stevens Model 320 12-gauge shotgun, according to Terrell Police Department Captain A.D. Sansom.
"Three additional handguns were discovered," he stated. "The serial numbers had been tampered with making them unreadable."
28-year-old Cornelius Deshun Wells, 24-year-old Julie Ann Magness, and 22-year-old Gustavo Laredo Espinoza, all of Terrell, Texas, were arrested.
Wells was charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 greater than or equal to one gram and less than four gram, prohibited weapon, theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana less than two ounces, and three counts of tampering with identification numbers. Wells' bonds total $275,000.
Magness and Espinoza were charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1 greater than or equal to one gram and less than four gram and possession of marijuana less than two ounces with bonds totaling $103,000. Espinoza is additionally being held on a $25,000 bond on a charge for burglary of a habitation.
