Three Dallas County men were arrested in Kaufman County on Wednesday for burglary of a habitation. Kaufman County deputies responded to several 911 calls, related to the suspects, near FM 1390 and Highway 175.
KCSO deputies first responded to a 911 call for a trespasser at a residence on County Road 4101. After assuring the residence was secure, deputies were provided with a description of the suspects and their vehicle.
Deputies then responded to a home burglary alarm call at a residence on FM 1390 where they found the back door kicked in but it appeared nobody had entered the residence.
While en route to another burglary call, KCSO deputies spotted a vehicle matching the description of the suspects' vehicle and performed a traffic stop. The deputies were then made aware that the vehicle had also been reported stolen out of Dallas.
KCSO deputies arrested Juan Luis Garza, Jesus Johnathan Garza, and Michael Lawrence Williams, 33, of Dallas, for burglary of a habitation. Juan Garza, 26, of Dallas, was also charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and had two outstanding warrants from the Irving Police Department. Jesus Garza, 21, of Pleasant Grove, had an outstanding warrant from the Balch Springs Police Department.
During the traffic stop, another team of deputies responded to another residence alarm call on Highway 175 that the suspects had recently fled. The homeowner told KCSO deputies “she had only been gone about 30 minutes, and when she returned she found her back door kicked in and her home burglarized.”
