KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas – 48 properties are scheduled to hit the auction block at the Kaufman County tax resale auction on Thursday night, March 19, 2015.
The auction will be held in the Kaufman High School cafeteria at 3205 Houston Street in Kaufman, Texas. The auction is scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. The auction has twice been rescheduled due to hazardous winter weather conditions.
The auction boasts properties with opening bids ranging from $113 to $10,360 and appraised values ranging from $750 to $41,450. The properties are listed by the school district they are located in.
28 properties are located within Terrell Independent School District (ISD), nine in Kaufman ISD, three within Wills Point ISD, three in Forney ISD, three in Scurry-Rosser ISD, and two in Crandall ISD.
