KAUFMAN COUNTY, Texas – 75 properties are scheduled to hit the auction block at the Kaufman County tax resale auction on Thursday night, August 21, 2014.
The auction will be held in the City of Terrell's City Council Chambers meeting room at 201 East Nash Street in Terrell, Texas. The auction is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
The auction boasts properties with opening bids ranging from $70 to $19,913 and appraised values ranging from $280 to $79,650. The properties are listed by the school district they are located in.
52 properties are located within Terrell Independent School District (ISD), nine in Kaufman ISD, seven within Wills Point ISD, six in Forney ISD, and one in Crandall ISD.
