FORNEY, Texas — A four-point buck was struck and killed by a vehicle on Farm-to-Market (FM) 460 on Friday night.
The accident was reported at approximately 11:15 p.m. on FM 460 north of U.S. Highway 80 in Forney. The Forney Police Department, Forney Fire Department, and a CareFlite ambulance resounded to the accident.
A Texas Parks and Wildlife game warden responded to the scene to take possession of the buck.
No injuries were reported from the occupant(s) of the vehicle but the vehicle sustained front-end damage.
