FORNEY, Texas — The driver of a Jeep escaped injury Sunday afternoon after crashing through a barbed-wire fence on University Drive.
The Forney Fire Department, CareFlite, and the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the crash in the 16000 block of University Drive, near Hilltop Lane, at approximately 3:22 p.m.
A Jeep had crashed through a barbed-wire fence, which ran parallel to the road, and sparked a small grass fire in the pasture.
No injuries were reported in the crash.
