FORNEY, Texas — Eastbound U.S. Highway 80 has reopened following a rollover crash on Saturday which also caused delays westbound.
FORNEY, Texas — Eastbound U.S. Highway 80 has reopened following a rollover crash on Saturday which also caused delays westbound.
The crash was just before 7 p.m. on eastbound U.S. Highway 80 in between Broad Street and Farm-to-Market (FM) 460 where an overturned SUV wass blocking the left lane. Eastbound U.S. Highway 80 wass closed at FM 460 where traffic was diverted onto the south service road.
The left lane of westbound U.S. Highway 80 was also closed near the scene of the crash — causing delays on westbound U.S. Highway 80 as well.
One person was transported to Children's Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and another was transported to Baylor Medical Center in unknown conditions.
The Forney Fire Department, Forney Police Department, Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office, and CareFlite responded to the crash.
