TERRELL, Texas – The Texas Department of Transportation is expecting to close lanes on Farm-to-Market (FM) 148 south of I-20 on Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, 2014, and are encouraging drivers to seek alternate routes.
TERRELL, Texas – The Texas Department of Transportation is expecting to close lanes on Farm-to-Market (FM) 148 south of I-20 on Thursday and Friday, September 25 and 26, 2014, and are encouraging drivers to seek alternate routes.
“Weather permitting, FM 148 between County Road 305 and eastbound 1-20 will be closed to one lane from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for construction,” according to Texas Department of Transportation Public Information Officer Michelle Releford.
The exit and entrance ramps to I-20 and Spur 557 will be closed for several hours at various times during the closure.
Flaggers will be present during the lane closures and will direct traffic one direction at a time.
