FORNEY, Texas — A rollover crash involving two vehicles forced the closure of Farm-to-Market (FM) 1641 near Interstate 20 Tuesday afternoon.
The crash, involving two vehicles, was reported just after 3:30 p.m. on FM 1641 just south of Interstate 20. A truck involved in the crash overturned several times and came to a rest on its side.
As of 4:17 p.m., FM 1641 had re-opened. Major traffic delays were observed while emergency personnel were on scene.
One person was taken by a CareFlite ambulance to Lake Pointe Medical Center in Forney, Texas.
The Forney Fire Department, Forney Police Department, Talty Police Department, Kaufman Fire Department, and the Kaufman County Sheriff's Office also responded to the crash.
