Lane closures expected on Spur 557, August 27-28

TERRELL, Texas (Texas Department of Transportation) – Weather permitting, the eastbound right lane on Spur 557 between County Road 305 and County Road 148 as well as the off ramp to County Road 148 will be closed between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. August 27 and 28.

Motorists can exit Las Lomas Parkway to access FM 148.

The closure is necessary to shift concrete traffic barrier in the work zone for the next phase of construction.

Motorists are urged to be mindful of construction workers in the work zone.
