SEAGOVILLE, Texas — A man is in critical condition after being ejected from his vehicle when it overturned on U.S. Highway 175 in Seagoville on Saturday morning.

The crash was reported around 6 a.m., Saturday, September 19, 2015, on eastbound U.S. Highway 175 just east of Malloy Bridge Road.

Seagoville Police Department Captain Ray Calverley tells inForney.com the man was traveling eastbound when he went into the center median, over-corrected, and crossed back across the highway where he overturned into the median between the highway and the service road.

The man, who police are working to identify, was ejected from the vehicle and later transported to an area hospital. At last check, he remained in critical condition.

The highway was closed early Saturday morning due to a major accident investigation.
