FORNEY, Texas — No major injuries were reported in a rollover crash on Farm-to-Market (FM) 740 on Friday afternoon.
The crash was reported at approximately 1:40 p.m. on FM 740 near Clearwater Circle, just north of Travis Ranch.
A truck traveling southbound on FM 740 drove into the right shoulder, struck a barbed-wire fence, and overturned several times. The driver sustained injuries but ultimately did not seek transport by EMS.
The Forney Fire Department, Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office, CareFlite, and the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the crash.
The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the cause of the crash.
