KAUFMAN, Texas —One person was flown to a Dallas-area hospital following a motorcycle crash on State Highway 34 on Friday afternoon.
The crash was reported just before 5:30 p.m. and involved a truck and a motorcycle on State Highway 34 near County Road 143 just north of Kaufman.
The motorcycle driver was taken by CareFlite ambulance to Presbyterian Hospital in Kaufman, Texas, where a CareFlite medical helicopter transferred the driver a Dallas-area hospital.
A wrecker hauled the motorcycle from the scene.
State Highway 34 was temporarily closed while emergency personnel were on scene.
